Assessment of iPods is FREE. Please send your iPod to us at Synergetic Australia, PO Box 130, Kew, Vic. 3101, enclosing your name, address and contact phone number along with a brief description of the fault. Once assessment is complete we will phone you with a quote.

If you do not proceed with a repair and require the faulty iPod to be returned by post there will be a $12 charge.
