Assessment & Repair Procedure
You can not order iPod parts separately, we only facilitate complete repairs. You can not order a repair using our online store; prices given here are indicative of repair costs only and are subject to change without notice.

iPOD ASSESSMENT IS FREE. Bring your iPod to our store in Kew, or post it to Synergetic Australia, PO Box 130, Kew, Vic. 3101 and include a brief description of the fault, your name, address and contact phone number. We will assess the iPod and then contact you with a quote for the repair (allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your iPod).

All repairs must be paid for in advance of iPods being returned. If you decide against proceeding with a repair and want to have your faulty iPod returned there is a $12 postage recovery fee.
